Collier ParkerCollier Parker, M.F.A., serves as Dean of the Insalaco College of Creative and Performing Arts.  Previously, he served as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi.  While at Delta State, Dean Parker also served as Chair and Professor of Art and was appointed by the University President to coordinate the University's newest annual theme, the Year of the Arts: Crossroads of Creativity.

He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Delta State University and a Master of Fine Arts from Rosary Graduate School of Fine Arts, Villa Schifanoia, Florence Italy (now Dominican University).  Dean Parker also completed private studies of painting and drawing at LaSalle University, Philadelphia, and figurative sculpture and anatomy at Frudakis Academy of The Fine Arts, Philadelphia.
