Illustration (Studio Art)

Description

The goal of the Illustration Program at Marywood is to prepare the student for the demanding and competitive field of illustration. The courses center on concept and development, image design and an understanding of a variety of finish techniques, while stressing the social, political and ethical responsibilities of the artist and the impact illustration has had, and continues to have, on society.
