More Information

An orientation program designed specifically for International Students studying at Marywood will be held on Monday, January 7, 2013

Airport pickups can be arranged by contacting the International Affairs office at at least one week before the semester begins. It is NOT advised that students arrive on campus before this date as many services will not be available, including dining.

The program is offered through the International Affairs Office.  Included in the program will be:

  • tours of the Marywood campus
  • photos for Marywood student ID cards
  • banking information
  • shopping trips for essentials
  • introductions to a number of departments and individuals, i.e., Student Health Services, Safety and Security, Counseling, Registrar, and Human Resources.

There will be an opportunity to explore the campus and the surrounding community.  We request that all international students will make the effort to arrive early enough to take part in this program. For those students who will be living on campus, please inform us of your arrival date so that we can request early arrival housing through the Office of Residence Life.

Please be sure to refer to the Guidebook for International Students for more information about Marywood and what to expect. You can also download a PDF version.

Contact the Office of International Affairs, Liberal Arts Center Room 220 at 570-961-4581 if you have any questions or concerns.
