Update - June 7, 2012
Effective immediately, whenever a researcher has already been granted IRB or ERC approval for a project and wishes to access a campus e-mail distribution list in order to send a participant recruitment message, s/he must contact Karen Nealon, OIT Office (Immaculata Hall), at 570-961-4535 or nealon@marywood.edu. The researcher must supply Ms. Nealon with the final IRB/ERC approval letter, and a permission letter from an appropriate official describing the list(s) to which the researcher needs access.
