- A photo ID
- A check for $70.00 made payable to: Marywood University. Please do not mail the check with your registration form. Bring it with you on the day of the test.
- #2 pencils (for paper-based tests)
- A watch
Important: If you have taken the MAT previously you must bring your MAT retest ticket with you.
How to Register:
To register for the MAT, please complete the registration form below (copy and paste into Word) and mail to:

Registration forms must be received one week before the test date. PLEASE EMAIL email@example.com to confirm your test date.

DSST Tests are available. To arrange for a test, email the name of the test to Dr. Lee Sebastiani at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (570) 876-5817.
What To Bring/Fees:
Bring ID, pencil/pen and a credit card for DSST ($80 per test). A site fee of $15 is also required. Cash or check payable to Marywood University.
