Room doors secured through a card access system and a staffed security desk is located on the first floor of the Building.

Amenities: A laundry room, kitchen, and a lounge is located on the Terrace level. A 24 hour visitation/TV lounge is located on the second floor, and study lounges are located on the third and fourth floors. Public use microwaves are located in the building. The First Stop, one of the University's five dining locations, is located on the first floor of Regina Hall.
