Looking for a great, professional photo of Marywood students, faculty, or landmarks? All of our content editors have access to a "global" folder with these hand-chosen images. When logged into the system, click the global folder, then the images folder, to find them. Learn more.
The"Paste from Word" button allows you to paste text into the CMS right from Microsoft Word without losing your formatting. If you paste text from Word and don't use the button, the content on your page may be mangled or even invisible to visitors using Internet Explorer.

When adding new content to your page, use a token word to make it department-specific. That way, if you accidentally delete it you'll have an easier time recovering it. Make sure you use the same token for all of your content pieces.
