Molly Westbrook will offer introduction to yoga classes on Friday March 22 and April 5 for 30 minutes at noon in the dance studio, Center for Athletics and Wellness. All are welcome!
Jeff Jones, M.S., Kathy Uhranowsky, R.N., and Angela Hillman, Ph.D., will present a session on Working for Your Target Heart Rate on Monday, March 4th at noon and Tuesday, March 5th at 4:30 PM in the Hall of Fame Room, Center for Athletics and Wellness. Exercising to your target heart rate is an excellent way to build cardiovascular fitness. Heart rate monitors will be available to participants during the presentation.
Dr. David Palmiter, Psychology and Counseling Department, will present a stress reduction session on Work/Life Balance on Friday, March 15th at noon in the Swartz Center Conference Room C.
The indoor walking track will be open on Wednesdays from 11 AM to 2 PM for lunchtime walking. No need to worry about the weather! Don't forget to sign in!
