Seasonal Desk Staff (PT)

Hours:

20 hrs per wk., 36 wks per year

4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Summary of Duties

Monitor the lobby area of the Residence Hall and enforce visitation/sign-in policies of the University Housing.  Assist with key dissemination and collection.  Assist students when locked out; be knowledgeable and familiar with University resources and helpful to other departments, working well with the public is a must.  Answer desk phone and possible other duties as required.



Requirements

  • Educational:

    High School Diploma.   Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED (Must receive at first available training date)

  • Essential Elements:

    Previous experience working in an office setting.
