ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

Take the course, pass the exam, and get certified the same day!


Participants will learn important aspects of safe food handling using the latest edition of the ServSafe® Manager training textbook. The key focus is on preventative measures for keeping food safe. The end results will be stronger food safety practices leading to a better trained workforce that is prepared to keep your customers and business protected.

Certification

For first-time attendees and those who need re-certification. Includes classroom instruction, lunch, and exam.

Class and Retesting

For attendees who have previously taken classroom instruction but did not pass the exam and would prefer to retake the full class. Includes classroom instruction, lunch, and exam.

Test Only

For attendees who have already taken the classroom or an online instruction program and have not completed or previously passed the exam.
