The Office of Diversity Efforts at Marywood University ensures that students, faculty, and staff are prepared to function effectively as members of diverse local, national, and global communities. We are committed to promoting diversity awareness and sensitivity to human differences. We value the contributions made by diverse groups, which benefit the personal, academic, and professional growth of members of the Marywood community.

• Managing the Office of Diversity Efforts and the Office for International Students
• Actively recruiting diverse students and faculty
• Incorporating diversity into the curriculum of academic programs
