Web Developer (#690)
40 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Summary of Duties
This entry level position will assist the Senior Web Developer to develop and maintain the infrastructure of the University websites and related services, aid in the creation of web content, and provide tools, training, and support to the institution.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with a programming language.
2+ years of experience preferred.
Develop, support and maintain the CMS and various web properties, and provide technical assistance on web projects, including website design.
Design, implement, and manage web-based applications, databases, and interfaces from initial design and architecture through development, testing, and maintenance.
Perform web platform analytics; identify and work in collaboration with departments and units to resolve strategic and university-wide problems.
Handle day-to-day support issues.
Other duties as assigned.
