Description of Duties

Gain experience in customer service while practicing your critical thinking skills by joining the Marywood HelpDesk team. Troubleshoot basic issues, schedule consultations for the HelpDesk team and monitor the ticketing system. Training provided; Ability to work in-person or remotely.
