Athletic Training Education Program

Marywood's Athletic Training Education Program provides the knowledge and skills to become a certified athletic trainer. Our program will prepare you to sit for the Board of Certification (BOC) exam, an entry-level exam for national certification as an athletic trainer.

Our Athletic Training Education Program combines classroom instruction with clinical experiences to provide the fundamental knowledge and skills for athletic training and sports medicine.

Congratulations to Janae Boyne for being awarded the NEPA 5K Athletic Training Scholarship in April 2013.
