CSD Students at Children's Career Day
Recently, members of Marywood University's Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders attended the Outreach Center for Community Resources Children's Career Day. Highlighting various aspects of the speech-language pathology and audiology professions such as AAC, phonetics, language, and hearing, Marywood students engaged participants in hands-on learning activities during the event.

Retiring President Sister Mary Persico, IHM, Ed.D. to Address Class of 2024
Sister Mary, who will retire on June 30, will address graduates at Marywood University’s 106th Commencement on May 18, 2024, and will be recognized with a special tribute at the ceremony.

Lisa A. Lori, J.D. Elected as Marywood University's First Lay President
Atty. Lori, a Marywood graduate, formerly served as Board Chair. She will begin her presidential tenure on July 1, 2024.

Community Leadership Celebration to Honor Mary Ellen McDonough '73
During the celebration, Mrs. McDonough will receive the University’s Lead On Award, in recognition of her dedicated service as both a Certified Prevention Specialist and as a community volunteer leader.
