MUSOA NOMAS is the student chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects. The National Organization of Minority Architect’s purpose is to champion diversity within the design profession by promoting the excellence, community engagement, and professional development of its professional and student members. By being involved with a NOMAS chapter, students become a part of an active network of over 500+ professionals and more than 50 student chapters nationwide. Within this extensive network, NOMA provides students ample opportunities to network and develop crucial professional relationships that can propel them into their careers. The mentorship and support openly shared between our professional members and students is truly unique and quite often leads to internships and full time employment opportunities upon graduation.

Every year, NOMA hosts an annual conference in which NOMA and NOMAS members enjoy a weekend of workshops, exhibitions, seminars, tours. Click here for more information about the conference and design competition.
