Alumni Volunteer Opportunities
Donating your time to Marywood benefits both to the university as well as yourself. Volunteering helps Marywood achieve its goals and better serve students, while also giving you a chance to give back to your alma mater and foster your Marywood pride alongside like-minded alums.

Giving Day (4/12) Volunteer
Demonstrate your Marywood pride and spread the word among your friends and network! Maximize support for Marywood and ensure the Marywood Giving Day (Thursday, April 12) is a success through email, social media engagement, phone calls, and word-of-mouth promotion.
Alumni Weekend (6/1 - 6/3) Volunteer
Make this year's alumni weekend the best one yet! Work with your fellow alumni from your class to ensure everyone's ideas are heard!
Alumni Association Board
The mission of the Marywood University Alumni Association is to unite all graduates into one organization for the purpose of fostering and facilitating fellowship and communication among present and former students, faculty, and staff members of Marywood University. Other aims include:
- Informing the Association's membership of achievements and activities of Marywood alumni, students, faculty, and staff;
- Providing assistance and support to Marywood University to identify and recruit outstanding students;
- Enhancing the financial resources of Marywood University;
- Representing the interests of Alumni in matters affecting Marywood University.
The Marywood Alumni Association is always interested in hearing from alumni who are interested in becoming a part of their local chapter. As a chapter leader, you can help shape the future of your local alumni base and help build a strong core of alumni volunteers.
Alumni Career Advocate
In partnership with Marywood's Center for Career Development, the alumni office has many opportunities for you to network and engage with current students and alumni. These opportunities range from attending networking events (both online and in-person) to acting as a mentor for a current Marywood student.
Marywood Alumni Ambassador
Share your great experience at Marywood with potential students! Through this opportunity, you will reach out to prospective student or those who have be recently accepted to Marywood. This can include making a phone call and/or sending an email to welcome them to the Marywood family, volunteering to organize an "Accepted Student" event in your region, and other opportunities to warmly greet new and prospective students to Marywood.
