Residential Meal Plans

When signing up, select a meal plan based on your academic schedule, eating patterns and social life. Keep in mind that there can be up to six flexible meal time periods per day.

Residential students who do not actively select a meal plan and are required to have one will be assigned the 38 Plan by default. This can be changed during the first two weeks of the semester.

Traditional Meal Plans

(15 meals per week and 38 meal plan)

All incoming first-year residential students are required to maintain the 15 meals per week or 38 meal plan for the Fall and Spring semesters regardless of residence hall assignment.

These meal plans allow you to enjoy up to a specified number of guaranteed meals each week during the semester you select it. Meals do not carry over from week to week; they "reset" at the end of each week.

    Dining Dollars

Dining Dollars are accepted like cash in all of our dining locations. Dining Dollars work on the same principle as a debit card. You can use your Dining Dollars to purchase beverages, snacks, or even a full meal at any of our dining facilities. Each time you make a purchase, the purchase amount is subtracted from your Dining Dollar balance. Dining Dollars do NOT carry over from semester to semester. However, Pacer Points can be purchased and added to your account at any time and they carry over until they have been exhausted. Please note that the Pacer Points would be in addition to any Dining Dollars that accompany your meal plan.

    Woodlands Residences

In addition to the options listed above, Woodlands residents may also select from the two commuter meal plans to supplement their access to the full, private kitchen in their apartment:

16 meals to use per semester (Average 1 swipe per week)

    $55 Dining Dollars

Use a meal swipe for all-you-care-to-eat in Nazareth Dining Hall OR as a Meal Exchange at Pacer Place or Study Grounds

    32 Block Plan

32 meals to use per semester (Average 2 swipe per week)

    $55 Dining Dollars

Use a meal swipe for all-you-care-to-eat in Nazareth Dining Hall OR as a Meal Exchange at Pacer Place or Study Grounds

Woodlands residents may also opt out of a meal plan if they choose.

    Changing Meal Plans

Residential students have up until the end of the second week of classes each semester to change their assigned meal plan. Residential students must send an email from their Marywood email address to reslife@marywood.edu with their name, student ID #, current meal plan, and desired eligible meal plan in order to change their meal plan. The student will be notified via email once the desired eligible change has been made.
