Why have you chosen to be part of the Marywood Alumni Association Board of Directors? 

I have a passion for education and believe strongly in the value of learning and developing in a disciplined environment guided by experts. As a Secular Franciscan, I hold dear the Catholic values of Marywood as morality and Catholic social teaching have universal application.

What is your favorite memory from your time as a student at Marywood University?
Being the Host of the evening talk show Twilite with John Baldino on TV Marywood for many years.
 
What advice would you give a student attending Marywood?
Take advantage of every opportunity presented to you and seek out those you want. Immerse yourself in every course because a liberal arts education will make you a more rounded person and an essential contributor to society. Avail yourself of campus ministry, Holy Mass, and (if applicable) the sacraments.
 
What were you involved with during your time as a student at Marywood University? (athletics, clubs, etc.)

• TV Marywood (Host of Twilite, Anchor and Weather Reporter of TVM News, program director)
• VMFM (morning co-host, Christmas Eve special co-host, big band hour host)
• The Wood Word (writer and designer)
• Marywood Players (Played Richard in Hay Fever and Mortimer in The Fantastics; worked as deck manager for Pippin)

What is a fun fact about yourself?
I spent a year studying to be a Catholic priest and have been a professed brother of the Secular Franciscan Order since 2016. I maintain an active Franciscan ministry and am a published writer of critical analyses of theology and ethics.
