Giving Day Challenge Gifts

Giving Day Challenge Gifts can be rolled out throughout the day to inspire others to get engaged and give.

Challenges could include:

Setting a challenge goal:

“If we reach 50 donors, I will donate $5,000”

Making a class challenge:

“If 25 alumni from the class of 1970 donate, I will donate an additional $1,000”

Making a social challenge:

“I will make a gift of $1,000 to the fund choice of the Giving Day Volunteer with the most Facebook shares.”

We are looking for Pacers willing to encourage others to participate in Giving Day 2024 with their challenge gifts! If you would like to offer a special Giving Day Challenge Gift, please contact the Office of University Advancement at development@marywood.edu

Giving Day Volunteers

As a Giving Day Volunteer, you can inspire others to show the impact of our Pacer Pride by:

Inviting others to join you in making a lifetime of impact for current Pacers.
Sharing your Pacer Pride on social media throughout the day (space out your posts to maximize reach).
Doing some personal outreach to others – use tools such as email, text, video, etc.
