About Me: I joined the Marywood Admissions team in February 2024. I graduated from Mansfield University in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a concentration in counseling and school psychology. I also have my associates degree in psychology. I value education, growth, and giving people the opportunity and resources to succeed.
My Interests: I love hiking with my dog, painting, cooking, playing video games, and have recently been learning how to crochet! I’m always down for boba and a walk in the park with friends!
My favorite thing about Marywood: The community! I have attended multiple universities during my undergraduate and, even though I did not attend Marywood, this campus has the greatest sense of community out of all of them. Everyone is so kind and friendly.
My favorite place on campus: My favorite place is the rotunda! I know it's what most people say but it's for good reason. The first time you visit campus, I promise the rotunda will take your breath away.
You’d never guess: I know American Sign Language! My skills are elementary level but I love the language.
My best advice: I believe that balance is the key to a successful college experience. Joining clubs and teams that interest you is a great way to make new friends and develop skills. However, don’t forget that you are investing in a high-quality education. Take the time to thoroughly understand the material you are learning, as it will be the foundation to your future success. By finding this balance between social and academic involvement, you will become a well-rounded and accomplished college student.
