Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Click on Student Finance
  2. Select Account Activity
  3. Click Make a Payment
  4. Continue to the Payment Center to complete your transaction

For full-time students only (not in an online program)

  • Go to Marywood.edu
  • Click on Forms at the Top of the page
  • Under Student Health Services Forms – Click Health Insurance Waiver
  • You will be directed to United Healthcare Student Resources* to Waive Coverage or Opt

In. You will need to take action either way.

Please note that it will take at least 10 additional business days for the fee to be dropped from the student’s account, if the coverage is waived. If the waiver process is not completed by the designated date, the student will automatically be enrolled by the First Risk Advisor Student Health Plan until the end of the academic year.

Complete the process for waiving or enrolling in the student health insurance. Action must be taken either way.  If the waiver process is not completed by the designated date (see Student Health Services' webpage found here: https://www.marywood.edu/life-at-mu/student-experience/health-services/), the student will be automatically enrolled until the end of the academic year.

  1. Log in to the MarywoodYOU portal
  2. Select Financial Information
  3. Click on Student Finance
  4. Select Make a Payment
  5. Log in through Touchnet Payment Center
  6. Click on Refunds on the right-side bar or on the top of the menu line.

You will also need to fill out a refund request form to have your refund processed. See instructions in this document under “Where to Find the Refund Request Form”

  1. Log in to the MarywoodYOU portal
  2. Select Financial Information
  3. Click on Student Finance
  4. Click on Make a Payment
  5. Click continue to Payment Center to access the Touchnet Payment page
  6. Log in through Touchnet
  7. Click Enroll in Payment Plan
  1. Go to the Marywood University website
  2. Tap the Search bar in the top corner
  3. Type Important Dates
  4. Select the appropriate link for details

  • Student government and clubs
  • Special events (trips, speakers, excursions)
  • Equipment for student programs

  • Campus internet and telecommunications
  • Computer labs and multimedia classrooms
  • Email, Brightspace, and digital learning tools
  • Library and online reference access

  2. Click Financial Information
  3. Select Tax Information

  2. Click Student Finance
  3. Select Account Activity
  4. Click Make a Payment
  5. Continue to the Payment Center
  6. Click Authorized User on the right
  7. Follow prompts to add parent or guardian info

On a Computer:

  1. Go to Marywood.edu
  2. Click on Forms at the top of the page
  3. Under Student Accounts Office Forms – Click Manage Pacer Points
  4. Log in to GET Funds (https://get.cbord.com/marywood/full/login.php) using your MarywoodYOU credentials
  5. Click Add Funds to deposit
  6. Use Quick Links to:
    • Add a credit card
    • Report a lost card
    • Edit contact info

Use Ask For Funds to send a secure deposit link to others

To View Your Statement

  • Click View Statement near the top right
  • A PDF (e.g., "DisplayStatement.pdf") will download, which you can print

To View Charges, Payments, and Financial Aid

  • Change the term to see specific details
  • Click on:
    • Charges: Includes tuition and required fees
    • Payments: Includes receipts, payment dates, methods, and reference numbers
    • Financial Aid: Lists awards, disbursed amounts, and terms and if anything is still missing

How to Log In:

  • Go to Marywood.edu
  • Go to MarywoodYou in the top banner

  • Username: Use the first part of your Marywood email (everything before the "@"), all lowercase.
  • Password: Use your usual Marywood password.

Trouble Accessing the MarywoodYOU Portal / Payment Center

If you're having trouble accessing the portal:

  • Use a laptop or desktop (not a mobile device) for the best experience.
  • Recommended browsers: Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Clear your browser history, cookies, and cache before logging in.

When you first login to Colleague Self-Service, you most likely to see a screen similar to the one below. This is the “HOME” screen. The “Employee” and “Faculty” menus will not be available unless you are an employee or faculty.

  1. Log into the Marywood You portal
  2. Click on the person icon near your name (top right corner)

  3. From the dropdown, select the fifth option: Student Financial Responsibility Agreement

  4. Click and complete the form

    On a computer or laptop

    1. Go to the Marywood University website (www.marywood.edu)
    2. Click Forms in the top banner

      What You Need to Know

      » Click on Student Finance. 

      » Select Make A Payment. 

      » Log in to continue to Payment Center. 

      » Click on authorized users on the right side bar. 

      » Sign on to the MarywoodYou portal.

      » Log in to GET Funds with the same credentials you use to log into MarywoodYOU. Verify your email information.

      » Click Add Funds to deposit into your account.

      » Check out Quick Links to add funds, add a credit card, report a lost card, or edit your contact information. Filling out the Ask For Funds section will provide a secure link for someone to deposit funds directly to your account.

      OR

      » Go to the App Store and download the free GET App to use on your mobile device. Log in to GET Funds with the same credentials you use to log into MarywoodYOU.

      » Sign on to the MarywoodYou Portal.

      » Select Financial Information. 

      » Click on Student Finance. 

      » Select Make A Payment. 

      » Log in to continue to Payment Center. 

      » Click on Refunds on right side bar or on top of the menu line.
