Why have you chosen to be part of the Marywood Alumni Association Board of Directors?

The mission, vision, and values align with my own and represent who I am as a person.  I believe giving back to the University that changed my life is important so that I can continue to grow as a person, educator, nurse, and community member. 

What is your favorite memory from your time as a student at  Marywood University?

My nursing pinning ceremony is the most special memory I have from Marywood. My cousin, a fellow alumni member, pinned me. She has always been my inspiration so it meant so much to me. 

What advice would you give a student attending Marywood?

Utilize all the resources avaliable and learn time management techniques early.  

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I am an excellent baker according to everyone who has tried my desserts. My cheesecake has become part of the holiday tradition for many friends and family.
